What's on offer
Services.
Every engagement here is fixed-price and quoted before you commit. You own the code, the config, and the documentation. No retainers unless you want one. No lock-in either way.
The main service
One workflow, automated, in about a week.
Most projects fit one of three shapes. If yours is different, we figure out a number on the 15-minute call before you commit to anything.
Starter
$500
Flat · One workflow
- One painful workflow, automated
- 5–7 days from call to delivery
- Video walkthrough + documentation
- One week of email support
- You own the code and config
Standard · Most popular
$1,500
Flat · Multi-step
- Multi-step workflow or integrations
- ~2 weeks from call to delivery
- Video walkthrough + documentation
- Two weeks of email support
- You own the code and config
Custom
Quote
Priced on the call
- Bigger than two weeks, or unusual constraints
- Multiple systems, compliance concerns
- Still fixed-price, quoted up front
- Or a monthly retainer if it fits
- Still yours at the end
What "fixed price" means: I quote it before you commit. If the work takes longer than I scoped, that's my problem — I keep going until the thing does what I said.
Other engagements
When a build isn't the right shape.
Some situations call for a smaller start, a shorter burst, ongoing support, or team training rather than a one-off build. Four alternative shapes:
Opportunity Audit
$499–$1,500
Good starting point if you're unsure what to automate first
- — 60-minute deep-dive into your current workflows
- — Short written report: 3–5 best automation opportunities
- — One small proof-of-concept automation implemented
- — Video walkthrough of findings
Done-in-a-Day
$2,000
One focused build, start to finish in a single day
- — Live together (or async over Slack) for a full day
- — One concrete deliverable by end of day
- — Examples: inbox triage, lead prioritizer, intake form, CRM sync
- — All the code and setup stays with you
Monthly Advisory
$2,500/mo
Ongoing implementation + office hours for growing teams
- — 1–2 implementation projects per month
- — AI "office hours" for team training and questions
- — Monthly report: usage, time saved, next opportunities
- — Month-to-month. No long commitment.
Team Training Bootcamp
$3.5K–$10K
Hands-on AI training for teams that need confidence
- — 2–3 live sessions (Zoom or in-person)
- — Hands-on: prompt writing, ChatGPT, workflow automation
- — Leave-behind guide customized to your tools
- — Best for teams going from "we should use AI" to actually using it

Recognize your week in one of these?
Each page goes deep on a specific pain — what it costs you, what I'd build, what it runs. If yours isn't here, the 15-minute call is the fastest way to find out if it fits.

How much manual work is actually costing you?
A quick back-of-envelope. Drop in a few numbers — it'll give you a rough sense of what an automation is worth before you ever talk to me.

Not sure where to start?
A quick way to pick.
- 01
You don't know which workflow to automate first.
Start with the Opportunity Audit. You'll get a written list of what's worth automating before you commit to anything bigger.
- 02
You already know the exact task that's eating your week.
Book the 15-minute scoping call. If it fits the $500 Starter or $1,500 Standard, we can have the quote on that call. If it's bigger, I'll tell you on that call too.
- 03
You want ongoing help as AI adoption grows.
A Monthly Advisory retainer is usually the right shape — 1–2 builds a month plus office-hours support.
- 04
Your team needs confidence with AI, not just one more tool.
Look at the Team Training Bootcamp — two or three hands-on sessions, customized to the tools you already use.
Ready?
One call. Fifteen minutes. Free.
Tell me what's slowing you down. I'll tell you honestly which shape above (if any) fits — and if nothing does, I'll say so.
