What I collect

When you use the contact form or the free workflow review, I collect the details you choose to enter — your name, work email, an optional phone number, your role and business, and the information you provide about the workflow you'd like reviewed.

Why I collect it

I use it to evaluate your request and respond to you personally. If you submit a workflow review, I use the structured answers to decide whether an automation looks worthwhile and, if so, to invite you to a free 20-minute consultation.

Marketing

I won't add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly opt in on the form. You can unsubscribe from those updates at any time. Submitting the form on its own does not subscribe you to anything.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in Gardner Tech Group's own records and, where relevant, in my CRM (Pickle) so I can follow up. Scheduling, when offered, is handled by Cal.com. Email delivery may use a third-party sending provider. I don't sell your information.

Analytics

I use privacy-conscious analytics that count events like page views and form steps. I do not send your name, email, company, website, tool choices or any free-text answers to analytics.

Access and deletion

You can ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing matt@gardnertechgroup.com. I'll take care of it.
