For engineering teams
Ship 2× faster
with a pipeline that holds.
I audit, optimize, and automate your CI/CD pipeline so deploys stop failing and your team stops firefighting. One fixed-price engagement, typically about two weeks, for teams tired of the flaky-tests-and-Friday-rollbacks routine.
Sound familiar?
A CI/CD pipeline should be boring. If yours isn't, that's the problem.
Builds that take twenty minutes when they used to take four. Deploys that fail at the last step and nobody can say why. A test suite where "just re-run it" has become standard practice. Security checks that got bolted on five years ago and haven't been looked at since.
Most teams live with this until it costs them a release, or a weekend, or a customer. Then they look at hiring a DevOps engineer and the numbers don't work — one full-time hire is far more than the pipeline is actually worth to fix.
The engagement
A two-week tune-up. Fixed price. Your pipeline on the other side.
- Audit the pipeline
- Where the time goes. Where it fails. Which tests are actually lying to you. A short written report before anything changes.
- Cut build time
- Caching, parallelization, right-sizing runners, removing steps that do nothing. Usually a meaningful cut without touching the test suite itself.
- Fix deployment failures
- Rollbacks that actually work, better error handling, and a deploy step you can trust to do what it says.
- Shore up security
- Secrets handling, dependency scanning, compliance gates — set up once and runs on every build.
- Hand it off
- A Loom walkthrough and a one-page roadmap. Your team owns everything afterward — no lock-in, no retainer required.
Engagement
CI/CD tune-up — from $10,000, fixed price.
Starting price for the standard engagement. Exact quote depends on pipeline scope (mono-repo vs. many services, one cloud vs. three) and is locked in before we start. For smaller scopes, the homepage's $500–$1,500 automation ladder may be a better fit.
Money-back commitment: if your deploy speed doesn't measurably improve within 30 days of hand-off, you don't pay. If I look at your setup and think the bottleneck is somewhere else (a database, an architecture issue), I'll say so on the call and won't take the job.
Ready?
Want a pipeline that doesn't surprise you?
Fifteen minutes is enough to find out whether a CI/CD tune-up is what you need, or whether something else is actually the bottleneck.
